Spare Parts
 
Service without Spare Parts is in most cases not feasable. In
our home based stock in Hamburg / Germany we stock more
than 10.000 different specific items for service only.
The range covers the complete vessel's equipment from the
smallest electronical / electrical parts, up to heavy weight
mechanical parts for vessel stabilizing equipment and rudder
gears and vessel propulsion systems.
With this stock we are able to serve the newest vessels and
even some of the oldest vessels still sailing the oceans of our
world. What may not be available on demand can either be
produced or delivered at short notice from our suppliers.
To assist the service we have some consignment stocks at the
centers of merchant marine shipping and our partners stock
their own (SAM identical) parts for use in the various systems.
Our spare part teams are specialized in their different technical
fields.
