Not satisfied with the Service?
We always try our best, but according to Murphey's Law,
something can go wrong.
You have the possibility to address the persons responsible
directly by using the e-mail link provided in the column to the
right .
For tracking of your claim we kindly ask you to state all details needed to perform a successful of the service job.
This link of course also allows you to state that you are
pleased with our performance and with that of our service partners.
You also have the possibility to download the file "Quality of
Service", which should be filled in by the vessels staff on
occasion of a service job. This will help us greatly in
classification and rating of the technicians sent on board to
perform the service.
Together with your help we will keep our service quality at the highest level.
