Customer Support Center
 
The Customer-Support-Center was specially installed to receive
customer's calls for service, maintenance and warranty jobs on
vessels equipped with our products.
For this purpose phone +49 180 300 8553 (24 hour attendance),
fax +49 180 300 8554 and e-mail shipservice@sam-
electronics.de connections were established.
Specialists for the different product and technology fields
supplied by SAM are available here.
Calls for service on board of vessels or for technical assistance
to remotely solve customer's problem will be relayed to the
service station or to the personnel most capable of handling
the job - be it in Germany, Europe or any other part of the world.
The Customer-Support-Center coordinates and keeps track of
service jobs performed on board of customer's vessels to have
the complete history about the systems available on hand at
any time.
